PWGG Tale of An Army Painter Challenge

Dear PWGG members,

This is a reminder that the above event is ongoing and we have reached the midpoint of the challenge.

3 more challenges remain and all are welcome to participate.

Please note that the dates have been changed to Saturday.

* June 15th - Heavy Support / Rare
* June 29th - Fast Attack / Core, Special or Rare
* July 13th - Wild Card (any previously undisplayed choice from your army) and Final Presentation of Full Army.

PWGG at Queensbay Mall School Holiday Epic Battle Event

On Sunday, 9th of June, PWGG members were invited to take part in a Mega Battle to be held at Queensbay Mall.

Jointly sponsored by Games Workshop and Imagine Games via Borders, the event featured the largest tabletop battle of Warhammer Fantasy in the Northern Region, if not Malaysia. Four fully painted Realms of Battle tables were literally covered in fully painted terrain and miniatures.

The Forces of Destruction comprising more than 17,000 points of Chaos Daemons, Warriors of Chaos and Skaven took to the battlefield opposite the Forces of Order comprised of more than 23,000 points of Tomb Kings, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Ogres and High Elves.

Fighting on the Side of Order:

Nicholas Lee - Tomb Kings
Chia Aik Shuen - Dwarves
Darren Lim - Lizardmen
Selvam Subramaniam - Ogre Kingdoms

On the Side of Destruction were:

Lee Yew Kwang - Warriors of Chaos
Patrick Ong - Chaos Daemons
Bryan Kee Ming - Chaos Daemons (kindly provided by KC Lo)

TJ was the Supreme Gamemaster and was also hosting demo games with the public involving Goblins and Tomb Kings which would affect the game happening on the main table.

It was a great day of gaming and everyone had a fantastic time.
